Bachelor thesis "School in narratives parents to children" focuses on an oral family history in relation with the school. The theoretical part summarizes the important role of narratives in human life. It shows the story as a source of important values, history and also the possibility of individual's identity formation by the stories. The interaction between family and school and the influence of the school in shaping the family stories is presented in the theoretical part. The empirical part deals with the research that aims to clarify the reason why parents tell stories about the school to children. The results indicate that in most reference sample families school plays an important role, because it is the source of traditional values and norms. That is the reason why parents talking about it. The school represents a conservative institution, which provides stability and security to the family.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the narrative, which parents of their children tell. The narrative is focused on the area schools and school environment. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the reader first with the importance of storytelling in our lives. In the text are cited ideas and theories of experts, who are interested in the topic a long time. Next is another important area of work related to the topic - chapter about the significance of family, intergenerational transmission, family stories and family myths. Another important part is the empirical research. The aim of our research is effort to capture the image of the school passed between generations and capture which functions fulfill family story in the case of school material. Written text of children, who talk about what their parents told them about school, served to fulfill our research plan. Pupil's essays were collected and analyzed. There were six classes of second-degree of two selected primary schools. Analysis of data showed that the family story is told and serve to family cohesion. Furthermore, it appeals that children have to right to be naughty. Child who is naughty occasionally, it is joyous and happy. Distance learning in one family

This work aims to look at a new phenomenon of today - distance learning, which has replaced the common full-time form of education in anti-epidemic measures, from the perspective of one selected family. The theoretical part deals with two topics. The first is distance learning, introduction to the issue, its legislative basis and its forms. It deals with the topic of the parent and his important position in distance education, as well as the overall approach of parents to school, which is further reflected in the child's attitude towards school and education. This section also describes the impacts of distance learning on pupils and students, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning in comparison with regular full-time form of education. The second topic of the theoretical part is a look at the approaches used to work with the family and their principles. Specifically a systemic approach and a narrative approach. It describes the construction of reality in a narrative concept and the school and its place in the story of the family. An Understanding of Transgenerational Transmission in a Family from a Perspective of Middle-Aged Individuals

This rigorous thesis focusses on transgenerational transmission and the repeated themes of family memory from the perspective of middle-aged individuals. It is based on the master's thesis called Posttraumatic stress and growth in holocaust survivors and their families. Firstly, the theoretical part defines the terms 'stress', 'trauma' and 'posttraumatic growth'. Afterwards, attention is brought to the historical perspective on traumatic events of the 20th century which deeply affected the lives of respondents (the Second World War, the period of communism) and the topic of transgenerational transmission in the family narrative. The empirical component of the thesis is based on quantitative and qualitative research. The first part is dedicated to the mapping of specific aspects of posttraumatic stress and growth in Holocaust survivors and their offspring (N = 150, data collected by CEITEC). In accordance with other studies, the thesis concludes that Holocaust survivors and their offspring have higher levels of posttraumatic stress and growth and that linear dependence exists between these two phenomena.
